:: Hatsune Miku's Custom Music for Rumble Fighter ::
Okay, as everyone knows, the music in Rumble Fighter / Gem Fighter sucks royally. So much that its better to play with the darn thing off. So I decided to mess with the game files and make my own custom music packs and I'm happy to say that I have them here to share with you all. To change the music in the game, its a rather small tedious process but if you don't mind doing it then its probably worthed it.
:: Step #1 ::
Make a folders in your RF game folder (Should be something like C:/Program Files/OGPlanet/Rumble Fighter/res/070000_snd/) called "default music"
:: Step #2 ::
Take all of the .ogg files and copy them into your default music folder (all the game music files are .ogg files)
:: Step #3 ::
Now, use winrar / winzip to extract the song pack out of the rar file and place it next to the default music folder you just created.
:: Step #4 ::
Start up Rumble Fighter and let it search for an update. When its done and the login screen appears, stop right there.
:: Step #5 ::
Go inside the new folder you just put into your game music directory that is next to the default music folder and copy all the .ogg files in there. Afterwards, go back to the main music directory and overwrite all the current game music files. Login into the game and you're all set!!!
OR
Installation
:: Step #1 ::
Run Street Gears.exe from the .zip or .rar. The exe should automatically install the files for you. This for those who are less computer savvy or dont
want to risk messing up any files, which i understand completely ^_^.
Its that simple in 5(or 1) easy step(s). Just remember that before you start up Rumble Fighter the next time you start playing, you need to overwrite the game music files with the default music files, load up Rumble Fighter, and overwrite with the song pack again. This help keep RF from downloading and restoring the old songs itself which saves time. No worries though, it wont touch none of the 2 folders you made.
With that, I hope you enjoy this and have let me know what you think:
:: SONG PACKS ::
