Yes, Rumble Fighter may have some BSers here and there, but I don't want it to stoop down as low as Maplestory's(lol, MS.) pig sty. So I've whipped up a guide of do's and don'ts.

1. Have a good first impression!
Okay lemme get this off of my chest (No, not boobs you perverts.) right now.

N00b =/= Newb.

Yes. Thost two words have completely different meanings. They sound the same, but they're still different. I'll define them for you right now.

n00b - An annoying idiot who screws the rules of the game. (No they don't have money.)
Newb - A new player with little knowledge of the game.

N00bs are those annoying little pests that like to get on your back going "CAN I HAS ASTRZ/CAPO/MUAY PLZ" and have little regard for other players. They constantly ask frequenently asked, but answered, questions. Sure they're new but they like to screw the rules of the game. No they're not rich.

Newbs on the other hand have little knowledge of the game. Sure they ask questions, but they're less annoying than n00bs who ask the same one over and over. They earn their own money and WILL admit their lack of game knowledge.

You were once a newbie too. You can't hide it. I was one too. We've all been through that episode!

Now...why did I say 1st impression? It's not just being a new person. Everyone you fight that hasn't seen you before will give you an impression on THEM. Don't go barging into a room begging for Astros or some scroll you want. They'll think you're a noob and kick you out.

2. Begging gets you nowhere.

I can't stress this enough. BEGGING WILL NEVER GET YOU ANYWHERE. I'm serious. Nobody wants to give you credits because it's hard to earn them, and they're saving up for something big. Nobody will give you Astros for free because it's their money. You have to earn your own share.

I don't care if you fight, or run into NHAA or NHTT/NHTB for Carats. I only care that YOU earned your money.

Constant begging will make everyone hate you for that. Plus, you get a few bits of clothing to start with so try to live in those threads until you have money to get better ones or for scrolls.

3. WATCH YOUR MOUTH!!

Watch what you say! One swear is okay but running your mouth like a toilet (pottymouth in other words) IS NOT. There are players younger than you! I only swear if I can't find anything better to say so you better be careful with your cursing otherwise it'll be just plain annoying and offensive.

Also, some remarks may not be offensive to you but are to others. Sure that one guy you met looked like a weirdo but that doesn't give you the right to insult him. Maybe the player likes looking weird.

4. Level ALMOST means nothing.

"HEY I'M LV 7! I'M STRONGER THAN YOU!"

Pssh. BIG DEAL!! Level ALMOST means nothing. Long time ago when I first started, I was only lv 2 and I beat some guys a few levels higher than me. So don't go bragging about your high level. The only thing you should worry about is people above level 20. These guys can use the Nanmu ability.

Level does not determine their stats. Their class and threads do. Level can mean they're skilled, they played longer than you, or are no-lifes. How can you tell? You ask me.

5. IT'S JUST A DAMN GAME!!!

Of all the random crap I have to deal with sore losers. "OMG Y U EDGE ME" "STOP RAMMING YOU NOOB" OH MY GOD SHUT THE HELL UP!!!

RUMBLE FIGHTER'S JUST A DAMN GAME! Games are meant for entertainment! Not being "the best in the world". Don't take any of your matches too seriously. Constant complaining about losing will end up in a flame war. You can simply walk away from it, and don't get involved in it. I never take these games NOR flamers seriously. Why do you think I called myself the "Goofball Alchemist"? They say fight fire with fire, but that'll make even more fire I say.

Why can't we just have fun beating each others faces in? A simple "good game" shows your good sportsmanship.

That's it. Five simple rules of etiquette. Go nuts.

No, you do need the ALMOST because like she said.... Level 20 have nanmu, so it is not something you can just forget about.

Put the ALMOST back. D<

lol @ the filter anyways
"SHUT THE GRAPES UP YOU MOTHER candy corn!"
:D
I got into a argument with some chick, right after telling her she needs to learn to use cap(yes, she was using it badly.) I didnt say anything like "OMFG U SUX WIT CAPZORS U NUB", Just "You need to go into survival or something and learn cap" and she went off on me, rofl...
Anyways, That's my funny story of the day.

I get owned by level 8 & 9's all the time, So level really means nothing.
