Feeling your getting ripped off? Well here is a way to find price ranges for scrolls either carats into astro prices or astro into carat prices.
To convert Carats to astros: [ Carat Amount ] / 160 = [Amount]
To conver astros to Carats: [ Astro amount ] x 160 = [Amount]
Examples:
MaoGong [29,000 Carats] / 160 = Around 181 astros.
Koroshu [150 astros] x 160 = 24,000 carats.
Sticky pl0x.

Your equation mathematically makes sense, but if you look outside of the math, then you might realize that Dragon,Zin,ShootBoxing, Judo, and Capoeira shouldn't be worth 28k.
Maogong, Shaolin, are both 29k, and DM is 43k. Cost-wise, the three I just mentioned costs more than the astro scrolls I've just mentioned. Don't you find that odd? Afterall those astro scrolls I've mentioned have much more to offer (it's debatable whether they are better, but you can't deny that all of the 175 astro scrolls are very good scrolls with a lot to offer).
Mao is 181 astros? Wow, that's almost as expensive as Pak Kua Kwon. WOW DM WOULD BE 269 ASTROS!!!(268.75). That is absolutely ludicrous. This fact alone proves that this formula has some problems, and should not judge the exchange rate between astros and carats.
Blur's formula is based on the exchange rate alone with no consideration of the demand of astros. If you're going to trade Mao Gong for Judo, you're not going to find a trade unless someone is remarkably generous.
A more reasonable trade is pretty much DM for any astro scroll in general. You can get away by trading MaoGong for 150 astro ones perhaps, but 175+ deserves DM. Most would agree.
So blur, you ought to think things out more.

Now how can i reply to something that just owned me...
I just got to say, 41k is wayy to much for a 175 astro scroll
Although I do agree to the carat scrolls being expensive then better scrolls, It's just the way price was set... I mean remember... Who would buy Mao Gong for 181 and not get dragon and other scrolls like that? Lots of people would still.
It just depends on WHO you trade with...

you are making sense but geez ppl are so stupid when it comes to trading

Yoshi, you need to understand that demand for certain scrolls should not dictate the price. If i spend $10 on astros, and decide to trade for carats, I should get the same amount regardless of what items are requested of me.
I like the formula Blue, it seems like most traders would be happy to recieve trades within these ranges.

Demand for scrolls shouldn't dictate the price. True.
However that's a different plane what I was arguing about. It's the demand for astros.
Have you ever seen an astro trader looking for a carat one? Perhaps, but it's clear that the vice versa is more common. In other words, you will ALWAYS see people who are willing to trade carats for astros.
An exact exchange will not always work. Most of the time you will have to offer more than the exact exchange (for example trading for a 175 astro scroll can be traded with DM). Trust me, a smart astro user would take advantage of this.
If you're agreeing that capoeira/judo/ztkd/shooting/pakkuakwon/dragon are worth 29k, that's because YOU would be willing to trade 29k for the following scrolls. Try asking various people from the other side and see if they will agree to do such thing.

i like blur's formula but i have to say that although carat scrolls like those that u have mentioned there comes the boundries and the ranges i say about 36k carats is max forsomething like cap judo zin i don't think that made sense but blur's calculations are still 100% accurate using the facts that we have

also what you say has some truth but remember what if another scroll like dm came out and this guy was broke and he had astros and he despretly wanted t chances are is that he will do the same or save up nvm that sounds stupid

100% accurate in terms of facts given from the sell-back system that rumble fighter has.
But for christ sakes, according to Blur's formula DM is worth 269 ASTROS! Are you telling me that this is an accurate measurement of this scroll? According to Blur's formula DM would cost $13.45.
Alright let me tell you what I think. It's a sellback system that has been tacked on with no consideration of the value of the scroll. OGP just said, "40 times astros and were done". If you actually consider this shoddy sellback system as ground rule some sort of exchange rate then you're clearly mistaken.
DM = 268.75 astros?
Mao Gong/Shaolin costs the same as PakKuaKwon? 182 astros
Mao Gong/Shaolin costs more than Capoeira/Judo/Zin/Shooting/Dragon? You've got to be kidding me.
Muay Thai costs more than Geum and Wrestling?
People need to find their own formulas in their head. Blur's formula is decieving and if you run around trying to trade MAS for Koroshu, trust me you're probably not going to get a trade unless you have really good connections.

Any Ways! i used that formula in the pass before...i got mao with the tag prize of 181 and that was me getting mao and giving astros and i done many other trade with this formula...Although i do agree with the other's post (insert name here) that other scrolls like zin and cap and etc do required a little more than 28k and as for Dm i would find a another formula in which scrolls like zin and cap and etc pluz dm are in the same formula so others may be happy about trading with no complications.

Do you know why people are beginning to offer 50-60k for scrolls like PKK or DM instead of your formula 29-30k?
Because they realize they wont get any trades by offering such stingy amount. You bargain high, you get a trade.
I keep saying that the formula is no good, and it isn't.
