Help Desk Bugged?!

So I got a reply askin for the ss in relation to that suspicious astro thread i made earlier, so i tried to send a help desk tic with it attached, and it wouldnt go through. It said that they received it, but it's not in my history so uhh... what now? Thought it might've been a prob with the attachment so i sent one sayin i'd link it on photobucket, but that didnt go through either O.o so uhh.... suggestions?

try using Internet Explorer for that, I had to in order for the attachment to work.

mmmmhmm.. you could make a topic in OG forums asking for assistance from a support member, surely GMOver9000 or GmPanda could pass your report on that and see whats wrong

Better not risk getting the temp ban, i would recommend you to post this on bugs and errors section to avoid flaming

Nope. I have a forum and game account, and have used the forum account to send in a help desk ticket when I was banned on my main account, and they unbanned me, and gave me an apology. Didn't get a temp ban or OIB. I always automatically switch over when buying astros then to use the forums. Nothing happens.

Yah i doubt that'd get you a temp ban. I know people with siblings that jump on and off each others accts when they take turns on their computer. Banning because of the chance of catching someone with two accts sounds crazy.

well the reason i wanted to make a new acc for the forum thread was cuz there's a sliiiiiiiiiiiight chance that the thread name or... forum name w/e name is used for when i'm on the forums maaaaaaaay be considered by some people as rude/vulgar/offensive O.o which is in itself a problem.... rather not elaborate as to why the name is as such as....... it's a stupid story... So making a new acc to post my prob on the forums, what should i specify for the least risk of... anything?
