Its so awesome i download voices from this site
Psi Realm: SFA2 Sound Archive (http://psialpha2.tripod.com/soundarch.html)

And got some street fighter voices and put them in my voice res folder and now i hear street fighter voices everywhere :D

I don't get how to download these voices nor put them into the res folder and still have it work.

Pick the name of the fighter's voice that you want. Choose his/her attack voice to download. Start up RF but don't log in. Let it finish the update but stop at the login screen. Put the voices into the res folder of RF then login. It should work but I don't understand how you would trigger the voices.
