I thought guardmaster was Jin TKD or BMN combined with the GM dance depending on which gender you are.
Like Male gets Jin TKD
Female gets BMN

this is also what i'm thinking, i fear the gm's in RF are mingling a bit too much with the normal users. it's actually a bit a sign of unprofessional behaviour!

I think it's better when staff are a bit more open to the users... It helps create the company-user relationship within the game, xD

That may be true, but the "Company-User relationship" sort of takes a hit when they ban an account you've spent real money on for accidently pressing a few keys while you fall off the edge.
