Change the blue to gray background and tint the rain more deep blue. The blue looks kind of bad and unrealistic if you're going for a realistic rain look. Otherwise general speed and slant of the rain is good.

You asked for feedback, I gave it. Don't bitch at me because it's not "OMG BEST RAIN EVER" and it's actual criticism. Nowhere in my post did I say anything like "that should be easy", I don't fucking know how hard it is. \Nor do I care, I was just giving feedback.

I`ve seen tutorials to do this but I`ve never bothered.

An outcome that I have seen from it however, looked amazing when coupled with a picture of a gloomy realistic cartoon of it raining.
