I was googling "carat to astro rumble fighter conversion" and I came across this great site. It lists all the scrolls, and their carat/astro equivalents, along with many exos. Highly useful.

160 * astro value and voila u got carat value

For carat values -> Carat divided by 160 and voila you got astros
